What's Include In The Exhibitor Package?

Each exhibitor stand comes as a package including:

  • Furniture
    One table and two chairs will be provided with a white table-cloth cover.
  • Electrics
    One socket can be provided free of charge. Notice will be needed via the booking form of this.
  • Badges
    Exhibitor badges will be available upon arrival on the day of the show. Please collect them from the registration desk when you arrive.
  • Website listing
    Your website address will automatically be taken from the booking form and registered on our website.
  • Porters
    Porters will be available to assist with unloading during build-up and the loading of your exhibits during break-down.

How Do I Book A Stand?

Once we receive a signed booking form, your reservation will be confirmed by telephone.

Why Exhibit?

There are several reason why you should consider exhibiting at the Kent IT & Web Show:

  • Meet potential customers
    This is the most common reason for exhibiting. The organisers will be delivering hundreds of potential customers of your products and services who will be piling through the door on the day. Make sure your organisation is totally geared to meeting them.
  • Demonstrate new products
    Brochures, videos and even CD-ROMs are all very well, but nothing beats being able to show your product in a working situation for your visitors to see how it can apply to their needs.
